Our Services
At Bright Kite Therapy, we understand that every child’s communication journey is unique. Our personalized speech and language services support each child’s growth — from first words to fluent conversations, confident social interactions, and strong reading and writing foundations.
Whether sessions take place in a school, daycare, or preschool, our focus remains the same: helping each child communicate clearly, confidently, and with joy. Every service is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to your child’s individual needs, using engaging, meaningful strategies that encourage real-world progress.

Early Language Development
Bright Kite Therapy supports toddlers and preschoolers with early speech and language delays — from late talking to unclear speech. Therapy sessions use play-based, engaging strategies to spark communication growth during your child’s most important developmental years. Sessions often include picture supports and familiar routines to make communication easier and more meaningful.
Speech Articulation

Expressive & Receptive Language
Children who struggle to follow directions, answer questions, or express their thoughts in full sentences receive targeted support to strengthen both understanding and expression. Therapy uses explicit teaching, visual supports, and structured practice to build language skills for everyday and classroom learning. When helpful, therapy may also incorporate Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools such as picture boards or speech-generating devices to support communication.
Speech Fluency
Fluency therapy helps children who stutter develop smoother, more confident speech. Sessions are individualized and supportive, teaching strategies such as easy onsets, pausing, and relaxed breathing to promote natural-sounding fluency. Therapy also builds self-awareness and confidence, giving children tools to communicate with comfort and success.

Social Communication
Social communication therapy supports children who find conversations, turn-taking, or social cues challenging. Using evidence-based strategies like social stories, role-play, and guided practice, therapy helps children develop the skills to share ideas, build friendships, and interact with confidence.
Language-Based Literacy
This service is for children who demonstrate language-based literacy disorders affecting communication and academic success. Therapy targets the language foundations for literacy, including phonological awareness, vocabulary, and written organization. Sessions help children connect sounds to letters, express ideas clearly, and strengthen reading comprehension and written expression.
